A few things to know about me...

Chiropractor, Danville, CA
1. I take time with my patients.
I base my care around my patients and their needs. I am truly focused on what's going on with you, and I look at it from a multitude of perspectives. Whether you are a runner and we need to evaluate your gait, a baseball player that has scar tissue limiting your throwing motion, an office worker that needs core strengthening to sit up straight, or a 3 year old that needs their sacrum realigned, I will take the time to make sure we evaluate and correct the situation, whether it takes 30 seconds or 30 minutes.
2. I take a multitude of approaches - so patients get better faster
I graduated from Life Chiropractic College West in 2009, but my training as a healer began far before then. I have been working as a massage therapist since 2006, and I incorporate muscle work into many of my treatment plans. I find this extra attention helps my patients recover faster and more completely, and they end up feeling better for longer. I also know that exercise, attitude, and nutrition are key components in getting my patients better. So we're going to talk about those things. If you don't need guidance, rock and roll it. If you want some advice, I'm here to dish.
3. I love working with kids, and they love working with me.
I've been a camp counselor since I was 13, a little league coach, a varsity baseball umpire, and a mentor for teens for years. I love working with youth, whether it be a 2-year-old that is having problems that doctors can't figure out, a 6-year-old with asthma, or an 18-year-old pitcher with elbow tendinitis I will make them laugh, and they will make my day. I especially love working with high school athletes. Kids do great with chiropractic care. The 'painful' truth is that many parents have never considered chiropractic care for their children, and thus their kids grow up to have more serious conditions that could be avoided. So if you're an 8 year old reading this, please tell your mom to book an appointment with me.
4. I keep it real.
I'm not a just a doctor, but a real person as well. I'm a huge Oakland A's fan. I enjoy San Francisco, but my favorite restaurant "Gather" is in Berkeley. I reside in San Ramon, and I grew up 5 hours north in the redwooded city of Arcata, CA. I am an alum of Oregon State University, graduating in 2006 with honors, and I am a passionate supporter of Beaver football... and I would be of Beaver basketball if they were any good. I am a member of the Rotary Club, which I was awarded "Rookie of the Year" in my first year for my dedication to serving the community, and now serve as President Elect for the club. I am Vice President of the California Chiropractic Association for our District. If you really want to get to know me, be my friend on facebook, and you can expect some hilarious and sometimes unfiltered posts.
